Typed copy of a letter from W. K. Latimer, 9th Minnesota Infantry Regiment, Company D, to his family in Winnebago, Minnesota. Washington Latimer describes life in the Camp Lawton (Georgia) Confederate prison, especially the food and his health. He died in the Andersonville Prison in January, 1865.
